Like Ban Pig, chickens in Sapa are naturally raised, so they have small sizes and sweet and chewy meat. However, it is the green pepper sauce that is important to the dish. Chicken wrapped in foil for baking. After roasting, the chicken skin is golden yellow, the meat inside is naturally sweet and soaked in the sauce’s flavor.
