The thrilling legend about the Co To Mountain

Right from the city center, you can also see Co Tien Mountain – Nha Trang in the distance. This mountain consists of 3 adjacent peaks. If you look from the sea, you will see the mountain is shaped like a woman lying face up looking at the sky, long soft hair spread out to the sea.

In the past, the land of Nha Trang was very wild and deserted, with only grass and apricot forest growing on the white sand. The sea was not as peaceful and as blue as it is now, but it was the home of an extremely violent sea monster.

At that time, the life of the people here was very miserable, because they were just hanging around foraging in the forest, while in the sea, there was abundant fish and shrimp. Sea demons always throw turbulent, high waves on the shore to swam people into the sea, submerge and eat them, so no one dared to step on the sand.

Fear of their small fate before the fierce sea demon, people here only know to pray for bits of help from gods and heaven. Their wails echoed the sky, to the ears of a fairy. She immediately lowered the earth to find the devil.

In the evening, the temperature in the mountains will decrease so you need to prepare an extra coat or a thin blanket. To protect the natural environment on the mountain, you absolutely do not litter indiscriminately, do not light fire because it is easy to cause forest fires.
