Hue Western Quarter appears later than Western Street in Saigon or Hanoi, but that does not mean that this place is less crowded. This Western Quarter is located on Vo Thi Sau, Pham Ngu Lao and Chu Van An streets in Phu Hoi ward, Hue city.

According to the regulations of Hue city, the Western Quarter will operate on weekends, which will ban driving from 6 pm to 2 am the next day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
