Overview of Tien Sa Waterfall

Location: Cat Cat Village, Hoang Lien Commune, Sapa Town, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam (3 km west of Sapa town center)

The price to visit Cat Cat village (note that this is just a reference price, there will be changes from year to year and depends on the time of ticket purchase):

-Adults: 90,000 VND / person

-Children: 50,000 VND / person

Tien Sa Waterfall is upstream, flowing through to the small Cat Cat stream among the beautiful terraced fields in Sapa. It brings a picture of nature to satisfy many souls who love beauty and recall the peaceful homeland in many people’s memories.

The best time to visit Cat Cat village and enjoy the panoramic view of Tien Sa Waterfall is from March to November every year. It rains little, the air is fresh and temperate, so it is very convenient to move. However, each season of the year in Sapa is like a stage of molting out of the cocoon so that you can visit at any time, but if you choose to go in the rainy season, you should pay attention to safety. for yourself and everyone else on the trip.

Directions to Tien Sa Waterfall (Cat Cat Waterfall)

Because Tien Sa Waterfall is located in Cat Cat village, you will have to go to Cat Cat village to access this beautiful muse-like waterfall. From the Stone Church, Sapa town center, you follow the direction to the top of Fansipan about 3 km to arrive. The road is paved, so it’s easy to move, many beautiful scenes on both sides of the road so that you can stop to check in. There are two ways for you to move:

-Rent a motorbike at the accommodation/homestay or any place with a cheap motorbike rental service with the price of 100,000 VND – 120,000 VND / day. Be sure to check the fuel condition before you leave

-Taxi rental: 150,000 VND / 4-seat car. Convenient for large groups, sharing money is also easier to pay

-Take a tram: 30,000 VND / person/time or take a motorbike taxi (with a precise price list): You can find these two vehicles at the Square

Note that on rainy days, the road will be very slippery, so pay attention carefully. Motorcycles can only go to the beginning of the village. You have to park the car and then walk inside. The parking price is about 9,000 VND – 15,000 VND / motorbike, depending on the time.
