What exciting things in Bai Tien Phu Yen attract tourists?

The legend of Bai Tien Phu Yen

There are many thrilling legends associated with Bai Tien Beach Phu Yen (Fairy Beach). However, the most leaked by many people is the story of Mr. Nguyen Dich, Nguyen Vinh from Nha Ngoi, and the legend of the people of Xuan Thinh. Are you curious? So let Say Hello Vietnam share that story!

This place has a thrilling legend, which is the origin of the name Bai Tien Beach Phu Yen.
This place has a thrilling legend, the origin of the name Bai Tien Beach Phu Yen.

Once upon a time, Bai Tien Yen was originally named Bai Tru, Bai Ma, and the seawater ran close to the foot of the mountain. At that time, there was no road, so the trees were very luxuriant, especially the saltwater plants that grew quite quickly. Over time, people from far away also began to come here more and more to reclaim, establish a business, exploit trees for farming, breeding, or fishing. Fishery industries such as fishing boats, catching shrimp and fish in the lagoon and releasing nets and fishing boats also developed relatively quickly, so people had to organize guarding.

One day, on a moonlit night, when the fishermen brought their boats to catch, they suddenly heard the sound of waves crashing as if someone was diving in the water, like a school of fish moving beautifully. The fishermen were curious to see a lot of fairies bathing in the lagoon. The fairies were joking, talking, and laughing in the sound of the waves. At this time, the fishermen wanted to come close to see the fairies’ faces clearly, so they gently swam over. However, the sound of the oars made the beautiful sprites quickly disappear in everyone’s bewilderment. Some people were more daring, put the boat close to the place where the fairies bathed, only to find that there was only a faint, gentle, subtle fragrance left.

So in the followed days, the fishermen took turns staying awake to discover the miracle once more, but the other fairies never appeared. Later, the fishermen spread that mysterious story to the people in the village, and since then, it has changed its name to Fairy Beach – Bai Tien Beach until today.
