Bai Mon Phu Yen has located about 30km from Tuy Hoa city. Starting from Tuy Hoa city, visitors move along National Highway 1A about 23km to the southeast to reach this beach. This route is straightforward, airy, highly spacious and especially the scenery on both sides of the road is enchanting. Therefore, visitors do not have to worry too much about traffic jams or bumpy, challenging roads.
The starting point from Nha Trang city, moving to Mon beach, Phu Yen
Perhaps you do not know, although it is located in Phu Yen province, Mon Beach Phu Yen is only about 100km from Nha Trang. From Nha Trang, you move Pham Van Dong street to National Highway 1A and move to the northeast, towards Phu Yen. After that, you move through Van Gia – Van Ninh area and reach the Co Ma pass. You continue to follow Highway 1A, go through the Dai Lanh area a little, you will come to Ca Pass. When you move to the middle of Ca Pass, continue to follow the road Phuoc Tan – Bai Nga and walk through the vast coconut forests about 12km, you will reach Mon Beach Phu Yen. The road from the top of the mountain to Bai Mon Phu Yen is a bit far, but you will be well compensated by the highly romantic scenery when crossing the young pine forest. However, once again, the lighthouse had to be halted because, to prevent the Vietnamese revolution’s sea supply route from entering Vung Ro, the American colonialists bombed the mountains and forests of this area, destroying the entire lighthouse. It was not until August 1996 when the State repaired and restored the lighthouse, officially back in operation in 1997.
