Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort and Spa was built by a French construction company on Cua Dai beach. The project was put into operation in early 2001, under the management of Victoria Hotels and Resorts Group under EEM Investment Company in France. In 2011, the resort was ceded to Thien Minh Group and maintained until now.

This is the first international resort in Hoi An built by the French.

Right next to the sea, Faifo bar has a romantic sea view and an ideal swimming pool.
