Briefly introduce about Mua Cave in Ninh Binh

Mua Cave is a famous natural beauty located in Khe Dau Ha village, Ninh Xuan commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province, belonging to Trang An scenic complex. Although located right next to one of Vietnam’s most famous tourist complex, for many years, the beauty of the Mua Cave has not been overshadowed.

Mua Cave attracts visitors by a majestic, pristine natural landscape created by millions of years old limestone mountains. The main highlight of this place is nearly 500 stairs leading to the top of the hill, built following the architecture of the Great Wall. Therefore, people still consider Mua Cave to be like a Great Wall of Ninh Binh.

Some experience you should know

Which time of the year should you visit?

You can generally come here at any time of the year. However, the best time to go here is in the spring or summer. This time is the dry season, very convenient for exploring the cave. However, if you do not like the crowded, cramped, you should not go at the beginning of the year because this is the primary festival season in Ninh Binh.

The location of the cave is in the East, so that the morning and evening are the best times for you to visit. The setting of sunrise and sunset is hugely romantic, so poetry will make anyone flutter.

The scenery at the cave is nothing impressive

The most attractive point of Mua Cave is the pristine and majestic natural scenery with limestone mountains of many shapes. Standing from the top of the Mua Mountain, you will have the opportunity to see the miracle of nature at Mua Cave.

To reach the top you must conquer nearly 500 steps. Photo: phuotvivu.

However, to reach the top of the Mua Mountain, you will have to conquer 486 steps. Along the two sides of the road are a lot of unique reliefs, but no less majestic and fierce. Standing from the top of the mountain, you can still see Tam Coc – Bich Dong located not far away. Spread your arms, close your eyes, and take a deep breath, and you will feel all the chaos and worries of life seem to disappear.

A few notes

  • The path to the top of the mountain is quite tricky, and even there are relatively dangerous sections. Therefore, to ensure safety, you should not play with or nudge each other.
  • Due to climbing a lot, so choose for yourself the lightest, most comfortable sneakers to help move easier.

Above are the Mua Cave Ninh Binh travel experiences we want to share. Hopefully, this will be of some help to your upcoming trip.
