Da Lat is not only an attractive destination for tourists, but also a striving city to become one of the most liveable cities in Vietnam.
The most famous and livable tourist cities in Vietnam are Da Nang, Nha Trang, Vung Tau, Da Lat. Those cities all have good conditions on infrastructure, good services as well as many tourist spots that pleased to the discerning traveler. Among those cities, Da Nang is considered as a famous tourist center that has successfully implemented the “5 no” campaign: No starved households, no illiteracy, no beggar, no drugs and no murder. Thanks to that campaign, Da Nang is now a city withgood environment, becoming the most livable city in our country.
There is a “3 NOs” city but not all of tourists know, that is Da Lat. “3 NOs” is not a campaign, but something that Da Lat does not really have.

First of all, there is no red light. Da Lat city is located on Lam Vien highland, so there are many hills and slopes. There are no traffic lights here. At intersections and crossroads, people make roundabouts. Da Lat did not have many means of transportation, so the road was very airy, and also the people’s sense of compliance with the law is very good here.
The second is that Da Lat does not have cyclo. Due to the steep terrain, cyclo riding is a difficult thing in this flower city.
The last NO is that Da Lat doesn’t need air conditioning. Da Lat city is located at an altitude of about 1,500 m above sea level, with a tropical high mountainous climate, the average temperature here is about 18-21 Celsius degrees . Because of the cold climate, most people’s houses also restaurants, hotels do not use air conditioning.
